Like I said, this is more than likely an issue with Windows and not Reaper, as Reaper wasn't even open when the issue that led me to restart my computer occurred. I just redownloaded the plugins and rescanned for the VST3 files and everything went back to normal. Not to mention the fact that one single VST3 file was untouched. What's odd to me is the regular VST versions of those plugins were still present and loaded without issue when I added them to a track. I'm not entirely sure how many files I lost in total, as the only plugins I use VST3 for are Toneforge and Howard Benson Vocals by Joey Sturgis Tones and TS-Racks 5 Brickwall Limiter from IK Multimedia. After looking into it, I realized that the only plugins that were missing were VST3 plugins, so I did some digging, and all of the VST3 plugins I had were gone, except one, Anvil by Ignite Amps. Afterward, I opened a project file to find that several plugins were missing. Anyway, I had to restart my computer because of an issue this morning. So, I'm only posting this because I saw this happened to one other person, and it's kind of a bizarre occurrence that probably has more to do with Windows than Reaper.
